Why we don't trust you

Our systems and institutions are designed from mistrust, a point I make elsewhere.

This is a reasonable assumption, given:

• Our myriad biases and fallacies, as enumerated in Behavioral Economics

• The existence of bad actors in the world

• The destruction of truth and trust in recent world affairs

Despite all this, trusting humans is the way forward. It builds abundance, relationships and community. It solves problems better than control and coercion. Best of all, trust releases our genius.
